FAQ: How do I change my e-mail password

Visit the e-mail control panel linked at the top right of this page, login with your full email address and current password. Once logged in, click the blue Edit link beside your email address and set your new password, enter it again for confirmation and click submit.

If you have forgotten your password order a password reset. We verify the account holder by a phone call. We cannot reset your PGP password as you are in full control of your PGP keys.

Backups

We recommend that you create backup copies of important email. Although we use RAID 1 and other methods of protecting email stored with us, creating backups are your responsibility.
